World record holder Usain Bolt has been promoting REGUPOL for years
Sensational world records: On August 16, 2009, Usain Bolt runs the 100 meters in the finals of the World Athletics Championships with a new world record of 9.58 seconds at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. Four days later, Bolt set another world record of 19.19 seconds in the 200-meter finals on the blue REGUPOL running track.

Shortly after their victory at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin, we contacted Usain Bolt, his coach Glen Mills and manager Ricky Simms to discuss a possible advertising partnership. Bolt was so confident about the quality of REGUPOL running tracks that he and his management immediately agreed. An advertising contract was signed and initially lasted five years, but was renewed in 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2023. This contract remains valid to this day and the top athlete is still enthusiastic about REGUPOL.

A REGUPOL RUNNING TRACK IN JAMAICA
An important part of this contract is the construction of a new training and competition track for Bolt and his teammates from the "Racers Track Club" on the training grounds of the UWI University campus in Kingston, Jamaica. Since 2010, the best sprinters have been training on the REGUPOL plaid tracks under the direction of coach Glen Mills. Since then, several "UWI Invitational track and field meets" have been held at the World Athletics (formerly IAAF) certified facility.

JAMAICANS TRAIN IN REGUPOL
Since the construction of the running track for Usain Bolt and his teammates, REGUPOL has designed from scratch and installed several new REGUPOL tracks on the Caribbean Island. Our running tracks in Jamaica are located at the National Stadium, the adjacent East Stadium and the G.C. Foster College of Physical Education, the training center for track and field coaches in Jamaica. Also at the prestigious Jamaica College, Kingston College and Calabar High School.
